---Overview---
PartnerHero has an exciting opportunity for a native level Japanese Speaker to support our Japan Market Team as an individual contributor. This role will be supporting the Partner’s team in San Francisco, CA in the areas of course quality assurance, community moderation and resource creation.

---Job Description---
PartnerHero is looking for a detail oriented, flexible and social media savvy individual with strong native language skills, talent for written and oral communication, experience in customer-facing roles, and the ability to support our Japan Market Team with providing an engaging, educative and high-quality environment for our local instructors.

Bonus points for experience providing customer support, quality assurance, blog content creation or high quality translations.

The Japan Localization Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that new Partner’s courses are reviewed in a timely manner, quality standards are met and feedback is communicated to our instructors. In addition you will also support the Partner’s Community Manager to maintain an engaged and collaborative instructor environment by creating resources, running promotions and engaging with our growing instructor community on a regular basis.

The Japan Localization Specialist would also bring experience and passion in areas of education, technology and growing communities, as well as an independent drive to make an impact, and the ability to thrive in a decentralized but collaborate and dynamic team environment.

---Responsibilities---
In this role you will be largely focusing on three main areas of responsibility.

-Owning the course quality review process for all Japanese speaking markets
-Assisting Partner’s Community Manager on the front lines with driving community growth and engagement as well as addressing concerns, issues and/or questions
-Creating original resources to aid instructors with course creation, course marketing or as part of a community marketing campaign

To this end, you’ll be expected to perform the following duties:

-Review all Japanese language courses, to ensure quality standards are met and provide instructors with timely feedback
-Compile feedback and recommend improvements to process and messaging
-Create original content for resources or marketing campaigns
-Translate content requests in your native language within given deadlines
-Help grow and nurture the Japan instructor community through community management and marketing campaigns.
-Help ensure instructor satisfaction for your market by responding to queries in an efficient and friendly manner

---Qualifications---
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
-Native level Japanese speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
-0-2 years of experience, preferably in support, customer service or marketing communications.
-A customer centric attitude and excellent interpersonal skills - You have a deep sense of empathy and show commitment to make customers happy. You can communicate feedback in a thorough and firm, yet diplomatic way.
-Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills
-Social Media Savviness - You know your way around Facebook, Twitter and Co.
-Ability to prioritize effectively while working on multiple projects in a fast paced environment
-A passion for online education and/or consumer products
-Ability to thrive in a role that requires independence, self-directing and flexibility in working remotely
